Return & Replacements
Item Damaged in Shipping
In the event of item damaged in shipping. We will either replace your wine or process a refund for your damaged items. We are unable to guarantee a replacement or a refund unless we are notified within 3 days of delivery of the order.
Incorrect or Missing Item
In the event of incorrect item, we will ask you to hold on to those item so we can arrange for a return pick up.
In the even of missing item, we will either resend you the missing itme or give you the refund.
Quality Guarantee and Policy
If a wine is corked or faulty, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the bottle in question. Please put the cork back in the bottle and leave the wine in as well; we cannnot take back any empty bottles. If a wine has been kept too long or stored inappropriately, we may not be able to offer a replacement or a refund.
